We all have POWER in the sense that you can control your own actions and how people react to you. The way you carry yourself on a day to day basis has significant INFLUENCE on the people you surround yourself with. If you are always late to work; then you have influenced the people around you to believe that you are unreliable. The other side to this is not as simple as just being the person who is always on time. True POWER and INFLUENCE comes from being the one who stays and shows that the job is done correctly.
